چکیده
The doubly fed induction machine (DFIM)-based DC voltage generator is equipped with a stator-connected diode rectifier. six-pulse rectifier as nonlinear circuit introduces harmonics in the stator and rotor current distorts voltage, well flux. This causes electromagnetic torque oscillations instantaneous power components oscillations. adversely impact mechanical parts of drive-train p component influence DC-bus can be somewhat cancelled by control methods. However, cancellation not strictly coupled power. paper presents an analysis methods aimed at reduction on output level stand-alone DFIM-based generator. Field-oriented FOC controllers space vector modulation-based direct DTC-SVM flux module regulation have been compared which one commanded variables, whereas second variable dot product vectors. contributions this are introduction new path method instead length proof that it reduce DFIG-DC system. Additionally, reveals for proper stator-to-rotor-turns ratio necessary converter power, lower obtained than required full realization side requested controllers. reason why, regardless method, cannot always fully cancelled, comparative study these conditions has conducted simulation laboratory tests.

Loss of Excitation Detection in Doubly Fed Induction Generator by Voltage and Reactive Power Rate
The doubly fed induction generator (DFIG) is one of the most popular technologies used in wind power systems. With the growing use of DFIGs and increasing power system dependence on them in recent years, protecting of these generators against internal faults is more considered. Loss of excitation (LOE) event is among the most frequent failures in electric generators. However, LOE detection stud...

Abstract: With the growth of communities and the increasing need for electricity, and because of the many benefits of renewable energy sources, the wind turbine has become a completely commercial and inevitable process, with increasing penetration into the electricity grid. Distribution networks, on the other hand, are subject to fault that cause power fluctuations and outflow of wind units. In...

This paper proposes an improved direct active and reactive power control (DPC) strategy for a grid-connected doubly fed induction generator (DFIG) based wind-turbine system under unbalanced grid voltage condition. The method produces required rotor voltage references based on the sliding mode control (SMC) approach in stationary reference frame, without the requirement of synchronous coordinate...

According to the theory of passivity-based control (PBC), this paper establishes a port-controlled Hamiltonian system with dissipation (PCHD) model for a doubly fed induction generator (DFIG) system under unbalanced grid voltage conditions and proposes a method of interconnection and damping assignment passivity-based control (IDA-PBC) of the system under such conditions. By using this method, ...
